SHANDONG JUWANG PIPE INDUSTRY CO., LTD, a high-tech enterprise founded with high level, high-tech and high speed construction, is located to the east of Zhongxing Rd. in Shandong Zibo Huantai Development Zone. We have invested 80 million RMB, 65 million of it for fixed assets. It covers 120 acres, 30000 square meters for the building area, 15000 square meters for the green area.

We have got 14 production lines in all, one for φ20-φ63, one for φ20-φ75, two for φ75-φ160, two for φ110-φ250, two for φ180-φ400, two for φ315-φ63, one for φ710-φ1000, one for φ800-φ1200, and two helical pipe production lines for φ50-φ200. We can produce nearly 29 thousand tons all kinds of PE water supply pipe, PE gas pipe, hollow PE spiral pipe, and PE pipe for mine every year. The annual output value can reach 0.4 billion RMB. We are the only company which owns two production lines for pipes over φ1000. We have 200 different types of electric welders for φ160-φ1200. We are the only enterprise holding the 'Safety Certificate of Approval for Mining Products' for mining pipe.

On the production side, we make a huge investment to bring in the latest centralized dehumidifying and auto-furnishing system, use the advanced extruder producing line; in the inspection side, we set up a large well-equipped laboratory to do the fusion index analysis, the thermal analysis, the tensile test, the grooving test and the static hydraulic test under any temperature etc on raw material and finished products. These tests are to insure the products manufactured in high quality raw material to meet the standard. Our product HUAZHENG PE water supply pipe, PE gas pipe, hollow PE spiral pipe, and PE pipe for mine have all passed the inspection certification of Shandong Provincial Institute，China National Center for Test of Chemical Building Materials, the Ministry of Communications Traffic Engineering Test Centre, and Shanghai Test Centre of China Coal Research Institute.

In 2004 we passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification and SO14001：1996 Environment Management System Certification.

This company has established a perfect marketing system and a well-developed after-sales service network. We have offices in Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Xinjiang and Ningxia. Since 2003　we have won the tenders totally valued at 150 million RMB by bidding in Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Xinjiang.
